White Rose Maths

We use the White Rose Mathematics Curriculum to develop fluency and ensure progression. The CPA approach (concrete-pictorial-abstract) is essential to help pupils understand mathematics and to make connections between different representations. Teachers place emphasis on mathematical language and questioning so that pupils can discuss the mathematics they are doing and develop their thinking.
