Home Learning Week 4, Beginning Monday April 27th
Welcome to the fourth week of Chadlington Home Learning. We have been really impressed by the work that you have shared with us and loved watching the videos that some people have sent in! Thank you!
As we begin to establish systems for remote learning, we would like to reassure you that we fully understand the limitations that many of you are experiencing. We believe that the most important learning at this time is about love, self-discovery and the importance of caring for ourselves and others, whilst finding the patience and determination to overcome adversity. How we teach these things now will help our children to develop the resilience that they need to face life's challenges and focus on what matters most.
Today's post is just a reminder of the school's current aim, which is to help you to keep children safe during this period of school closure and to provide you with a range of resources that you can use to keep pupils' basic skills alive, until schools can re-open. We fully understand that you will need to make adaptations to suit your individual circumstances. Please check your e-mail to find the details of this week's learning, which your class teachers have sent.
Tomorrow, we will be e-mailing out a questionnaire to help us to understand what is working well and what would help to make things even better. Please look out for this and take a little time to fill it in, as this will really help us with future provision.
Keep safe and try to enjoy the week ahead!
